Blackwood framed

I thought you might like to see a framed example of an edition from my Blackwood series. This large screen print is titled Noble Snag. A Snag is a standing, partly or completely dead tree - now there's something new!

AAF Bristol

The affordable Art Fair returns to Bristol once more this May at Temple Meads train sheds. This popular show on Bristol's art calendar starts on May 13 and ends on May 15.

It's a great opportunity to view a wide range of affordable art and I will be represented by Smithson Gallery.

North Somerset Arts Trail

I currently have work hanging at The Barley Wood Garden Café at the Walled Garden, Wrington Somerset which will soon be part of the North Somerset Arts Trail.

The Barley Wood Walled Garden is a whole enterprise and feast of things to and and see set in the fine Somerset countryside. The trail show is listed from 29 April to May 8.

Anna Smithson of Smithson Gallery has been busy and curated another exhibition, that will exhibit her featured artists at the grand italian restaurant Aqua, on Bath's popular Walcot Street.

I will have several pieces at this short show that runs from 7 to 15 April. RSVP on Smithson Gallery website and enjoy a bellini and canapés on arrival, plus the first 50 people will also receive a free ticket to the Affordable Art Fair, Bristol in May this year.

Prints on parade

I just have to show and tell you about some new work hot off the screen print bed. Standing to attention and in readiness for the first major Affordable Art Fair this year in Battersea Park, London are three prints by the talented illustrator Lucie Sheridan.

They are, from left to right, Pearly Shirley, On Guard and Pearly Stanley. I'm sure they will make a good show and I hope you agree. If you want to know more you can contact me or Lucie direct.

Tea time at Trenderproduct

I visited Tenderproduct in Cecil Court, London last weekend. It's an oasis of creation showcasing emerging talent in art and design. Stella who runs the shop was all smiles and reminded me that theres a gallery space below too! The window was dressed with my tea towels and other teatime products.
